..FND two years ago. For the last five years I have had severe hip pain and have just been diagnosed as having a labral tear. How can I tell if the tear was caused by ware and tear from my limping, or if the FND was caused by an unnoticed injury which caused the tear. When the tear is repaired should my neuro symptoms subside. My symptoms are tremor, spasms, cramps and muscle weakness on the same side as my torn hip. Thanks
