This has been happening more and more on a regular basis I go to A&E and get sent home saying its not a stroke and I need to see my neurologist who I've just seen after waiting 5 yrs told its FND but need more tests to get a definite diagnosis.
I can't work as a domestic assistant at the care home my manager says I'm not safe on site . I need advice please help me .

good morning and welcome , I to had stroke symptoms but I was blue lighted to hospital as they thought I was having a stroke. After three days told me no stroke and discharged me and gave me neurologist appointment 6 months later, my gp was not happy and got an emergency appointment. 19 months later diagnosed with FND after 4-5 visits discharged. And basically you’re on your own. I walk as if drunk so to am unsafe to work. You just have to adjust to life and do the best you can . I have been on trials (no help so far) and done physio (various) . I hope you find what you need here. Good luck. Kevin
