I've had FND for 10 years and severe depression and anxiety,at the moment I'm suffering from chronic dizziness and rocking back and forwards and a feeling as if my whole body is wobbling inside,it's making me feel very depressed i'm struggling to communicate concencentrate and function, everything is just so hard. I havn't posted anything because of the way i'm feeling so i'm reading other peoples posts to see how they cope and try to get some help from it,I think i'm beyond help i'm struggling to carry on.

Hi, sorry to hear your situation. It is hard living with FND, I have more bad days than good but embrace the good when they turn up. I am lucky that my wife has been with me and understands what’s happening to me as she has been to every hospital appointment as I need someone with me when out, I walk like I’m drunk and can stagger into the road. I hope you have someone (sorry if you have not) as I have found having someone there helps with your sanity. I found if dwell on the things you cannot do anymore you’ll drive yourself mad, concentrate on what you can do. I hope you get the answers and advice you need. Kevin
