Non epileptic seizure- coping mechanism and how to prevent?

Last night I had multiple seizures happen, which is a first for me as I only seem to have one every month. Is there any coping mechanism out there that will calm me down after a seizure please? Thank you.

I’ve found that balloon breathing works for me. Breathe out like ur blowing up a balloon. This helps me bc I often start hyperventilating when anxious. Also grounding such as touching the floor or a surface and focusing on what that feels like. Hope this helps.
