Need data

I have an HSPC->CRPC prediction tool. Some of the components have been validated in clinical trials (STAMPEDE, PROPHECY, etc) and the rest have been "verified" retrospectively or in pre-clinicals. But the particular combination has not been validated. If you send me your data I'll plug it in and check your predicted HSPC->CRPC time. Gives me data and gives you a possible heads-up.

These are the items I need. If you don't know your PSA-DT but have at least two points over 0.1 I can calculate it for you.

AR-V7 is probably not detected if you are HSPC and were recently diagnosed.

The rest are straightforward blood tests. They can be ordered from ultalabtests.com or by your MO or...

PSA-DT (months)

AR-V7 (detected = 1, not detected = -1)

LDH (U/L)

NLR (falls out from a standard CBC test)

ALP (U/L) (part of a standard CMP test)

CTx (pg/ml)

P1NP (ug/L) Note: this is capped at 1.0 (so if your P1NP is 100 it is treated the same as if it was 60)

DHT (pg/ml)

Thanks, Russ
