this time featuring more clinical than preclinical research updates. That’s not to say there aren’t any intriguing preclinical stories; it’s just that many of them seem too early-stage right now. I try to offer a glimpse of the future but also stay mindful of which developments might realistically take shape in the "near" term.

Eh, who doesn't? Once you got the technique you could basically reverse any condition that is related to genetic mutations 😃 and no side effects!

Like they mentioned in the article everyone is different and it would need to be precision medicine. How do you design a trial where every subject needs to be treated based on their specific tumor micro environment and genetic?

Im thinking this is where AI will need to be the tool used administer the trial.

They have developed a digital model of the various interactions to find out which switches to turn on and off....yes, AI is ideal for reversion
