I always struggled to buy drugs from India. But now with chatbots. Ask them to rate the vendor. I found one that seemed reliable, has good prices, and was founded in the 90s. Big in India. So, I bought a bunch of olaparib.

Buying through Indiamart

What vendor was it? Pretty sure mentioning it does not violate guidelines which is only about advertising. Many people post about where to get drugs. TA for example tells people where to get cheap Abiraterone.
Question: doesn't it get stopped at customs?
An MO told me it was very unlikely. Cocaine = a good chance of being seized. Life saving cancer drugs....
Do you want to focus on saving people from often tampered with street drugs or do you want to take a chance on killing someone?
How did you struggle? Just deciding whether to at all?
How does the process work? I assume you have to have an Rx.
Just deciding to do it. I was afraid I was throwing my money away. Or worse, getting some kind of tainted stuff or sugar pills.
You don't need an Rx for most of the vendors.
Thanks. So I could just order, for example, metformin from them?
If a vendor has it. Indiamart.com is the site I used. Put in a request. The vendors wil respond. They'll tell you if you need a script.
When I've used metformin I got my script from an NMD in my city.
How much metformin do you need? I have a stockpile and I stopped using it.
It's something I've considered using and figured it would be simpler, less controversial to get. But if I have to have an Rx I could probably just buy it here. Are you buying in India because of pricing or ease of buying without Rx? We don't have unorthodox docs here, only orthodox ones.
Both reasons. I need an Rx here. I can't get one. Even if I did, the average price of olaparib is $15,000 a month unless insurance covers it. I'm using pBAT, so I'm HSPC. I can "prove" that I'm CRPC for insurance purposes, but I don't know how to prove BRCA. So, no Rx.
My NMD is very unorthodox. My MO goes along with my very out-of-the-box stuff and she uses MED. My PCP has been advising certain vitamins since 1994. So it all depends on how you define orthodox.
You probably won't need a script. One vendor one time wanted me to have an Rx to buy a certain drug. I purchased Zytiga before I had a script and now olaparib.
I buy Viagra from India with no hesitation for many years. But given the fact that there is no FDA in India do you take a chance on if the cancer meds are what they should be? Blanks, double s, or what they should be.
The meds might be good quality. Maybe not. If you buy from a long established medical company that supplies hospitals in India, I think the odds are pretty decent you'll get the real drug. There are a couple of FDA like organizations in India.
That said though, I'd rather get them here. But there are some drugs I just can't get. Olaparib for example. I got one bottle legally but am going to run out soon. Supposedly works with BAT regardless of your HRR status. But not approved *eye roll*.
I can measure most anabolics, testosterone, ARSIs, 5-ARi's, corticosteroids, hormones, ... I don't know how to measure Olaparib outside of a lab.
FYI. This probably does not apply to India with such an enormous pharmaceutical industry,, but a friend of mine used to work setting up hospitals in Mexico. Just for the heck of it they had the locally produced drugs analyzed. His opinion was, due to the lack of FDA regulations and inspections, was never to buy so much as aspirin in Mexico. On a variety of different drugs, he said every other pill was a blank, double dose or what it was supposed to be. I guess if you’re only option is to buy Indian drugs then that’s the best way to go. I know for a fact that the Indian Viagra works great!😎
I agree with your friend. Before PCa me and a friend went to Mexico one time to get some stuff. I didn't buy any of it. My friend bought some stuff but threw it out when he got home. In his words it was the worst drug buy in history. Dirt and grass and some kind of mold.
The Indian Zytiga looked good. I didn't know enough then to be able to test it.
