kainasar - It has taken me a while to get this reply out to you. I did some research on Apigenin starting way back in 2013. Lizzo is right that parsley (dried or fresh) is a good dietary source as are celery and camomile tea (a good herbal tea choice for a few hours before bedtime).
Here are two links from HerbNutritionals that, while quite dated, might provide some additional insights:
And a very recent paper in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences that looks at the anti-cancer effects of apigenin and two other flavones on PCa. (note that this is paper is part of a special Journal issue on bioactives that target PCa - that link is also provided below)
Flavones: The Apoptosis in Prostate Cancer of Three Flavones Selected as Therapeutic Candidate Models
I purchase dried organic parsley in bulk and add it to my daily smoothies and as a topping to salads and sandwiches. I also add copious amounts of celery to smoothies and salads and often drink a cup of camomile tea in the evening. I have not tried to quantify how much apigenin that equates to, but trust I accrue some benefits for my cancer(s) and my overall health.
Another example why one needs to eat well to be/stay well,

PS Of special interest to us PCa patients is apigenin's potential to alter AR signaling.
