Welcome, Moe... Did you have scans before your RP and if so, what type of scans...??? Also, what was your Gleason score from biopsy??

I think my reply got cut off. I had both Bone density and CT/ PET scan Gleason was 4+3 , Small amount of bladder and 10 nodes were taken only 1 node showed C and the very small amount of bladder. Lupron started @Christmas time and Bicalutimide daily. Suppose to start radiation in Late June

Again, welcome...not sure what type of CT/PET scan you had but your Gleason score is lower risk...you can include your information in your profile to avoid repeating if you post ...Hope you are at a Center of Excellence for PCa and wishing you the best of luck....

Could I recommend calcium and simple bone nutrients for you now to help stave off osteo issues . I waited until osteopenia set in to do so . Do any strength training for bones also . With continued use of lupron you lose first muscle then bone . Be well .

Welcome. You’ll get great, well balanced advice from others here. My husband had robotic removal like you and followed with 33 sessions of daily radiation. Lupron much later though. Hope all goes well with your treatment.

I had three big brothers and they inforced being the three stooges in themselves . We were crazy about the stooges . Hang in there brother. This is just the beginning of a life saga for you . Hold your head up no matter ..what . we ‘ve seen women suffer from hormonal imbalances at time. We never thought that could happen to us but wtf ? We know now .. Here we are . As long we’re breathing there is hope . The more good things that you do for yourself the better you’ll feel . Take it easy amigo . 😎✌️
