My husband had his final Jevtana to find that his psa doubled up to 122. We met with his m/o yesterday and he had a clinical research team come in and talk to him about Tapur Trial. Its using a chemo

Given to renal cancer patients at University of Miami. Its given weekly. I am trying to research it but I come up with nothing .The drug is called Toracel . He signed the papers to go into the study but is skeptical. It has alot of tough side effects. Dr says only other choice is going on doxitaxel weekly with very small dosage . He has been fighting for 2 years. Zytiga stopped working in January so we are in the chemo situation. He only has one mutation. TP10. No soft tissue involvement. So far.... looking for anyone in this study or who knows about this. Thank you

He had to pull out of the trial at UM. Huge amount of pain in bones. He was so depleted of energy . They decided it was more important to do pallitive radiation on hips. He only had 3 infusions
