What type of prostatitis hurts eith bowel Movement before pooping, testicle pain, bladder dribbling, having erge to pre but not much pee comes out examining before bed and lack of sex drive. Help please!!

I'd suggest you go and see your doctor and discuss this with him. Have you had any other investigations? Might be worth asking for further tests and checking your PSA.

You could have a number of problems. It could be an infection, prostatitus, benign prostate hyperplasis, (BPH), or even cancer. You should go and see a doctor as soon as you can. He will check you for an infection, he will run a PSA test, and he will check your prostate for lumps and ridges. After he has all of the information that he can get, he will help you decide what to do next.
