Hi All on the Government form on line for getting food shopping delivered , it’s list medical conditions and one is blood cancer like luekamenia / Including bone marrow disease. Then further into the form it asks about having received a Gp Letter ! I put no ! So was not not going on list my Gp surgery said they don’t sent letters but she sent me letter on download to read which mentions blood cancers and to ring surgery tomorrow if I still feel I want to go on list and Gp will phone me ? Any body on here had any luck with home delivery’s ?

Many thanks Holly

You should be able to register yourself on the gov site. Home deliveries that are free do not contain choices that you might have made, but if you are registered with the govt. site, you should be able to get home deliveries from your chosen supermarket, especially if you have already ordered before for home delivery. Cheap slots fill up rapidly but if you don't mind deliveries coming in the late evening, there are usually some. If you can't order from the supermarket online, you might have to ring them up and tell them you are highly vulnerable, and that should set things in motion. Good luck.
