Doctor just put me on new pills to aid my sleep there gabapentin 300mg helped for first night don't seam to do mutch now pains herendus,he said in 7 days I need to increase to 2 tab nightly 7 more days 3 tabs il let you now outcome

Hello Mick, give your new meds time to kick in and for you to acclimatise. It takes a while, we don't tend to get an instant reaction.

If you experience any side effects that concern you, please have a word with your GP about this. They will hopefully reassure you or change your meds to something more suitable for you.

It does take time, I take 3 x 300mg three times a day and I notice when I've forgotten to take them at night. I have the most awful sleep :( For neuropathic pain it's a godsend.

i take 3 x 300mg 3 times a day along with all my other meds

First night it was ok good sleep I'm now awake not sleeping ,got to increase dose on Tuesday then gain the following week will let folks no how I get on xxx thanks for feed back ,I wish you all a very merry Christmas ,xxxxx
