HI I am sure the physio will be listening to you and will treat you accordingly and will probably give you some gentle exercises to be done daily.

How long have you been diagnosed?

Hiya!

I had my first appointment at Physio yesterday and I must say that I was very happy with the advice given. Judging by the terrible experience/appointments I've had with Physio in the past I was really happy. The therapist acknowledged that fybro was a real and horrible condition and seemed to really want to help me unlike some people who actually think that 'it's all in your head' .

All the best x
