I had my first appointment at Physio yesterday and I must say that I was very happy with the advice given. Judging by the terrible experience/appointments I've had with Physio in the past I was really happy. The therapist acknowledged that fybro was a real and horrible condition and seemed to really want to help me unlike some people who actually think that 'it's all in your head' .
