Sorry to hear you are feeling all these thing I have tried to read up on central sensitisation but due to fibromymyalgia and I guess fibro fog so still not sure exactly about this Hopefully you can ask your GP about Well being /talking therapy groups in your area. This may help I think you can self refer also. Seems like others on here also not familiar with this
