It's 5.10pm and now the kids have put cream on my back. At long last the pain in my neck , back and shoulders is going but it's too late the day is almost over . It really is not fair to be in pain all day and then know your only going to have a few hour's relief .

you can buy a long handle applicator for putting moisture cream on ur back, this would hopefully make you able to get some cream on your back by yourself? xx
Hi gmmanson6....I was going to say the same as nadine. At worst I have used a wooden spoon to apply cream when no one else is there, but if you have trouble lifting your arm then this advice is pathetic!! Hope you don't get into this situation again though! All the best!
