Hoping to return to work worries

Hi i have had fibro for over 2 and a half years, and tried to cope with pain, panic attacks, being let go from work for a while, i want to go bsck to work soon if i can although i try to cope with everything like you all do, i just worry about phoning them up about going back not only because my money is running out but because i am fed up with being at home all the time and i want to get my life back and i am claiming esa and universal credit but i worry i may be off with something but i dont kno what the best thing to do is x i hope i will be able to go back to housekeeping x sorry for ranting x😊

I am discussing this at the moment too. I am looking at going back to my old career with shift work. It just doesnt pay to be sick these days so I need to go back. I am hoping for jobshare which will hopefully make it easier. 🤞

Hi Fibrogirl41I hope going back to work goes OK.

I managed to change my hours so I worked alternate days,this gave me time to recover.

Check out reasonable adjustments.
