Covid
it really is awful but the good news is it does pass rest as much as you can and deink plenty. It tends to peak and then break so be prepared fofor that when its at its worse is the end. You will get through it just give it time and remember it takes a few weeks to fully come back to yourself so you may tire easy for a whilwhile that is perfectly normal just take it easy and take care x
I caught it beginning of July and I felt rubbish ,couldn t do an awful lot, slept, ate ,drink lots of fluids, took me around 3 weeks too start feeling abit better, so do take care and don’t rush things. Maybe when you feel better if it dosent ease up speak to your doctor for a piece of mind x
Hi, I'm sorry you have covid; my son & daughter-in-law got this for the first time a few weeks ago, & it took them a while to recover too.
As far as incontinence goes, I wonder if you've ever tried pelvic floor exercises, which may help. The good news is you can do them lying down initially, then before standing, & they're very easy. Please see: csp.org.uk/conditions/incon... Hope this helps.
I would get tested for B12 deficiency, I notice from your first post a doctor mention autoimmune . Take a look at the pernicious anemia forum.
