PIP assessment by phone

Hi , I am due to have a tel assessment because after my award was extended because of covid, I received a small questioner asking if I had gotten worse well yes I have, since having my last pip claim my osteoarthritis has got lots worse both in my knees, and both hips my lower back has now become desiccated because of disc degeneration., my hands, and my arms, elbows now are all affected with this, also I have fibromyalgia since 2002, I also suffer from Depression and Anxiety disorder, which has skyrocketed over the last couple of years my medication has also been increased, my husband now does most things for me Manages my money and any payments, etc, helps me dress, undress, etc makes all the meals, does all our shopping as I can't walk very far without being in severe pain, I am overweight quite a lot, lack of exercise medication which is a lot. I also have Cervical Spondylosis, kyphosis , IBS, sleep apnoea I no longer do my housework I just can't manage it any longer, this all makes me so anxious, angry because of losing all my independence, I was a nurse in Mental health hospital NHS challenging behavior unit for adults and now I can't even wash properly. I sit crying loads as my Son and now my Daughter lives away from home, I am so worried I currently get full mobility and standard care but I'm a lot worse than before I am 65 next month so will retire officially next May at 66 I finished work due to ill health in 2006. I am at my wit's end what will I be asked I will panic and get so worked up, worried so scared that I answer wrong. My tel call is on the 19th Monday at 2 pm . It's making me ill.
