Fibro symptoms

Hi does anyone else suffer from headaches and light headness if so any advice on how to manage this

I have chronic migraines and low blood pressure so yes I do have both but I see specialist headache/migraine clinic for that. It depends on how frequently you have them really as to how much intervention you will probably receive. Got to go to the gp first anyway, there a huge amount of drug interventions you could try, good sleep hygiene, reduce stress as much as feasibly possible etc.
