Does anyone else have trouble digesting popcorn?

Not popcorn specifically - but I do have stomach issues which mean I struggle to digest some foods, especially harder foods. For example, I can digest popcorn but would struggle with sweetcorn /corn on the cob xxx

I struggle to digest everything! Have to take protein, carb and fat digestion tablets. 🙈

Yes I always have upset stomach with popcorn (shame because I love it) and also have problems with corn, pasta and pizza!!

Yes. I have slow stomach emptying acid reflux gastritus it’s awful. I too take beano to digest carbs. You mind find popcorn just too harsh on you and it’s loaded with fats. So taking something to help side that. It’s hard I know. I’d give it up I have it was my favourite snack. Try eating low fod map. The prescription drugs you’re likely on can often delay your bowels and cause upsets too. So eating softer foods well chewed and small amount throughout the day really does help. Annoying but which is better lol.
