Hi everyone this is mercy53 been awhile still feel a bit anxious doing this I was diagnosed with mfibromyalgia 2014 and I have 24/7 pain since.
But since jan I have been on keto diet I have lost 4 stones but I feel like a miracle has been given to me l eat butter and double cream I don't eat carbs wheat and as litte sugar as possible but my Ibs seems to have gone. So I'm thinking have I got an intolerance to some of above.
I also take apple cider vinegar and lemon am pm any thoughts on this please.

Hi Mercy. I have no advice about your possible intolerance to wheat/gluten. I just wanted to say congrats on the weight loss. I wish I had the will power to follow this diet. My body definitely doesn't like bread and rice but they are the easiest quickest things to eat when you're in too much pain to 'cook'. My body (body, not just stomach, i get all over body ache or itching) also has issues with corn, onions, potatoes.. And I've made it all about me, sorry lol. Congrats once again.
