I have got other health problems but since i have been diagnosed with fibro i feel like i can't do anything anymore why?

I feel like i am fightin the world. I got diagnosed no pain treatment, then 6mths later a pain clinic put me on 5ml pain relief patches and it has not worked. Saw a new specialist last wk as mine had left and she has decided that i need to be slowly taken off gabipentine over a month on 3rd week now and feeling it so hard. My patch is being increased on sunday also. But i feel like i have just got nowhere. I live with my 9yr old who struggles with chronic pain with hyper mobility and he looks after me loads. But also my mum has fibro which makes it even harder as she has the depression with it. Sori abit of a full story. x

I have osteoarthritis in my right knee bad (startin in my left) and trochanteric bursa in right hip. I have impingment syndrome in my left shoulder and need an operation to remove two discs in the top of my neck because they are leaking fluid on my spinal cord so got pain and numbness in left arm. I am 38 and feel now i can't fight everything that is being thrown at me.

Thank you so much for listening more than anything, i need abit of help with something i had all my disability stipped off me last february i am still fighting it with everything i've got but it is not helping me in myself. What can i do? xx
