Hi there sorry to read this I’ll post our link maybe give Janet our benefits advisor a call too, healthunlocked.com/fibromya.... Hope you get the help you need and if you would like to lock your posts to gain more privacy here’s that link healthunlocked.com/fibromya... generally reply more to a locked post as only our forum can see and not open to all other site engines on the internet, good luck

Do you know why you are in the Support Group for ESA? If you don't, write to DWP to ask them for a copy of the Disability Assessor's report. It will tell you.

Once you know why you qualify for the Support Group, you will have a better idea whether there is an overlap with PIP. For example, if you are in the Support group because you cannot walk 50 metres, there is overlap with PIP mobility where Standard Rate PIP is paid for that. It is too late to appeal the decision, but you could apply for PIP again.

If there is no overlap, all you can do is apply again and make sure you maximise your chances by using the Guides on how to fill in the forms to accurately describe your ability to move around and carry out daily living activities. They are not really interested in what is wrong with you - just its impact on the activities. A free Guide is here
