Good morning Dexmar13 I have read quite a bit about this kind of therapy but never tried it. Sorry not much help there from me. But there maybe others in the group who can give you their opinions after trying it.
As we know feed back is great but as we are all different the only way to really find out if something will work for us is to give it a go
I see you have not locked your post. It is up to you if wish to lock it or not. But locked posts tend to get more replies. If you wish to lock yours this link will show you how.

We are usually a little quite around here on the weekends so hopefully you will get some replies soon. I hope you have a lovely day xx

Yes, l would say it helps but make sure you find a recognized practioner who has an understanding of the condition...

I've had a few sessions with 2 different therapist
No 1 therapist ... I felt very little discomfort while he was treating me and my movement was easier for a few days following treatment
No2 therapist ... the actual session was agony and I went into a severe flare afterwards. Would not go back to them again.
So yes for some people or may offer some relief but it also depends on the indivisible individual therapist xxx
