Just been to my doctor and told him everything and he seem to think I've gone a back problem, and he has refered me to a back specialist also given me co-co-codamol too. I've have only took 1 tab now as I am in work which I'm dreading also he has given me a letter for work to have regular rest break. Just

A letter from a consultant IS an instruction to an employer or a gp. they must accept this instruction otherwise be taken to a tribunal- there are some that will try it on and say they cannot accomodate your needs but it IS a try on, there are good advisors at the local job centre and welfare rights offices who would back you should this happen.

Thank your well I have showed my manger and she is ok with it she has photocopy both sheet my letter saying I need rest break and a referral note too. She got proof . I'm on my first break so far. X
Look after yourself, both at home and at work. Pacing yourself is difficult at times, but it does make a difference! x
