Hi Greykitty welcome to our wonderful forum ☺ I'm sure you will come to find the forum invaluable in chatting to others who are going through the same experience as you, talking to others at different stages of their lives with Fibro and learning from their experiences.

It does help with the whole process and I wish I had found the site years ago. I have had Fibro for nearly 30 yrs and I'm still learning about it, like we all are.

I also have Arthritis, so i know how difficult it can be sometimes the symptoms all get together & you don't know which is worse the Fibro or the arthritis.

Thanks Jan..it's good to finally read the experiences of others..I just ignored my fibro for so many years..this was a wake-up call for myself and family..thanks for the support x

Oh bless you, I think that's normal too, you struggle on. Wondering why your ill all the time and not wanting to be constantly moaning & constantly at the doctors, we get on with it, till it can't be ignored. Then comes the accepting it, which takes a long time, then the next thing is trying to get the help & support, then the hardest bit, managing all the crazy symptoms.

It surely is a journey my friend & this is definitely a good place to be & help you on that journey.

Hi...thanks for your reply. I hope you are keeping well yourself. I just needed to completely change my lifestyle and accept the 2 conditions I must learn to live with..I certainly never thought I would be doing Pilates. .lol..Take care.
