Yes had a 2 month trial but unfortunately made my pain slightly worse I was trying it for my lower back pain.  Other people have found it helps because as usual everyone is different.  Before shelling out for the full Monty why don't you try their 7 day trial I am sure they still do it as it used to be only about £3 and I think it is enough time to see whether the pain does start to lessen.

Good luck.x

Hi Hurdler

I had a trial of this and it did not do a great deal for me. However, these things do work differently for everyone. I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck if you decide to give it a go.

All my hopes and dreams for you

It is difficult to know what to do about these things as they work for some and not for others? Good luck!

Hi Hurdler,  I am on my 4th Acti Patch for lower chronic back pain, for me it has helped,

but I do still get some pain coming through but I would rather use it than take lots of tablets that do not work. it will be different for everyone. Best wishes.
