I have had a lifetime of sinus problems and my surgeon gave me a Neilmed sinus rinse system which is an absolute godsend. If you decide to look, try Chemist Direct because they are cheaper there than anywhere else that I have found. If you have a nectar card; go in via the nectar website and you get nectar points too. I now use it at least once a day to keep everything healthy and step it up a bit if I am having a problem with allergies or a cold. It has reduced my antibiotic use from once a month to once in the last 10 months.
