I was at the closing ceremony tonight, in my home city of Glasgow .. It was absolutely AMAZING!

Was anyone else there?! Or did anyone watch it on TV?

Here a little picture ...

No I didn't watch it but I did record it. I knew I wouldn't be able to watch last evenings' coverage so I set it to record, I could see what I wanted. Everything leads me to believe it was pretty spectacular so I await my viewing with interest ! :-)

Hi again Charlie, sorry, I was a tad sleepy when I replied last night, it looks like you had a fabulous time and I'm so pleased the games were such a success :-) I imagine to experience the joy if the crowds and the teams at the ceremony must have been absolutely wonderful ! What a memory to have with you for the rest of your life, like those who attended the Olympics in 2012 - never to be forgotten :-) :-)

Could I ask how you managed to get two pics up ? I have tried and never succeeded, but I'm on an iPad, but then you'd think with it's graphics based technology one could easily do so, please spill me the beans, I would be so so grateful :-) :-)

Happy Monday to you :-)

Everything about these games were amazing and I'm sooooo envious of you being there last night!

The only thing for me was that I needed two televisions in the same room as I kept missing events! Well done Glasgow. I lived and worked there for a couple of years many moons ago, it is my favourite city ever as the people make it so.
