Hi vixen just had two flares last week thought I couldn't walk or move in one of them thoughts are with you and remember don't feel isolated I share that pain too your not alone. Everything tires me quickly lately unless I pace so be good to yourself. xx
I was hoovering the other day and using the vacume to lean on at the same time. 
Bust the the handle clean off. 
This is where hubby comes in handy, the vac now has a chunk of wood shoved up it`s handle and screwed in place. 
Well Ros, you certainly cheered me up not sure I could flare, Hoover, dance and be cheerful like you are all at the same time, mucho kudos to you and if company helps, well you've got it in bucket loads here

I'm also in pain at the mo and off out to lunch with my best friend, i was going to cancel but i'm taking extra pain killers instead.
keep smiling my friend its good medication .
