I appealed when mine was stopped, this was because I failed a medical by atos. Soon as I appealed it was reinstated. Thing was I had no money and they made me take a social fund loan which I then had to pay back through my benefit. I think you need your GP's support as well now.

Hi

Could you give me a bit more information e.g. why was it stopped?. Did you ask for a mandatory reconsideration within the time limit and was then refused ESA, did you then go to appeal and the appeal went against you?

my understanding is that if your condition has worsened you can but i would suggest appealing if you have not done so x
