I have fainting condition,paramedic seen me faint said it looks like narcolepsy,refared 2 neurgloist to test what will happen????

I don't know for sure what will happen but I presume that they will perform an MRI examination on you. Please don't worry its totally painless. You lay down on a bed which goes inside a big cylinder and then they can look into your brain. I hope this helps alleviate your fears a little?

The specialist will probably do some tests like author said an MRI and possibly an EMG where they put little pads on your head which measures the electric pulses in your brain to see if it's firing abnormally. Both tests are painless so try not to worry. They will try and rule out a number of things so they can work out what's going on for you. Good luck!
