Warm dry weather is best for me. When it gets really hot I become ill. I am in pain and swollen all over.
It would be nice to have a chance of suffering some hot weather! It's all been a bit grim this year, so far.
I don't like extremes of temperature. Warm and sunny with a cooling breeze would suit me perfectly, ta very much, as very hot weather makes me very tired and achey, and my feet get puffy.

just had phone call from hospital today to ask if august 15th was acceptable fro my op.was so hoping it would be in the next few weeks.have booked my dogs in to kennels fro 3 days..said I could go to another hospital but too far away.
Do mention this to your doctor. Photosensitivity (allergy to sunlight) can be caused by some meds as VG said, but it is also a symptom of some autoimmune diseases like Lupus.
thankyou for acknowledging my question.when i went to tenerife last year the heat really affected my body to the point of i couldn't hardly walk i was in so much pain,i couldn't even walk up a slight slope for the pain.i had what i describe as lumps appearing over my body which i think most of the pain was coming from,it was so bad i honestly thought i was going to die or something would happen i could not wait to get home.i have been waiting for the same thing to happen here so the doctor can sort out what it is but we haven't had a summer yet although i have had pain during a short blast of summer,i'm hoping if it makes any sense to replicate the same.the problem is my partner is dying for a holiday but i keep hanging out because of my experience on hols,i feel guilty he works hard and needs a holiday.jacksiex
Warm and dry suits me, winter when it's cold is just TERRIBLE for me but I don't do well if it is too hot, don't usually need to worrying about that!
Mmm. I keep changing in this one. Like others on this thread, I used to love the heat. In the last previous years it seemed to really help with my fatigue when we had those lovely warm springs, but this year I'm still needing to sleep every day and my foot is hurting. I think it maybe the humidity rather than the heat that is to blame. Certainly dry, sunny with a pleasant breeze is best.
Oh and I only use a low factor cream - I've got hold of a Factor 6 this year. Sun blocks or high factor creams prevent us getting our Vitamin D - which is associated with Fibro (Vit D deficiency).
