Getting Back On Track After Miscarriage

Hi Ladies,

It seems as though my HCG is starting to slowly edge it's way out now. When my HCG falls to 0 would that mean I ovulate or my period would arrive. Just need someadvice when to start trying. Hurry up and come please period.
