Help I'm all new to this. Today I started nasal spray suprecur as part of my treatment, 1st step. I have followed instructions correctly, watched a video online and don't think I'm doing it right. Tilt head forward it runs out, tilt head back it goes down throat. Can anyone advise? Thanks

Hello

I used to tilt my head forward and as I sprayed I would take a deep inhale in through my nose. A little would run out but my body must have absorbed enough as all was fine at my baseline scan!

Good luck! x
