Adenomyosis - how long between FETs?

Just got a negative beta hcg on my OTD, which is 13dpt. Absolutely devastated as it's come after 3 months of down regulation for adenomyosis and 6 FETs in total.

Has anyone else had a failed transfer after down regulation and wanted to try again as soon as possible? How long did you have to wait?
