I didn’t experience this last time. Well, certainly not the bleeding. Dr Google says it could be implantation bleeding but I fear the worst and I’m so sad and anxious.

8 days after FET…Spotting and back cramps. So worried.
have you taken a test? It could mean anything (your period starting, implantation, irritation from meds, a chemical pregnancy etc I’ve had them all with bleeding) but might be an idea to see if there is any HCG in your system at this point as that will help determine what’s happening. If it’s a negative this time I would talk to your clinic about extra progesterone going forward and if it’s a positive about adding in extra this time if they can. Fingers crossed for you xx
As Twiglet2 says it could really mean anything but to offer some reassurance if you were holding off testing until test day then I had spotting from 3dp5dt all the way until test day. I'm now 24 weeks pregnant, turned out I had a haematoma which caused some bleeding in first trimester so I assume it was that or a combo of implantation. Are you taking pessaries? If you are taking them vaginally might be worth switching to the back route as they can irritate your cervix sometimes too causing spotting.
The cramping could be a good sign or might be the hormones 🤷🏼♀️
It's a rollercoaster a really tough time, my heart goes out to you!! I hope you get some reassurance and best of luck!! Xxx
Take a test, at 8dp5dt an early detection test will be accurate, all the best ❤
I had spotting with both mine and period like pains. I would hold off testing until test day if you can. I tested early with the first and then had to watch the line fade after we lost it. It’s better to wait and know for sure what’s happening at a more advised date. Wishing you all the best xxx
Spotting and back cramps can be so nerve-wracking, but they’re also very common during this stage, and it doesn’t always mean something bad.
Dr. Google can be overwhelming (we’ve all been there!). Implantation bleeding could definitely be a possibility, and some cramping can happen as things settle in. If it gets too heavy or you’re feeling unsure, reaching out to your clinic might help put your mind at ease. Sending you strength and hoping for the best news for you. xx
Thanks everyone. I’m going to resist testing. Couldn’t bare a false positive. No more bleeding this morning but cramping in my lower back allllll night long and currently. Ouch. I really don’t recall this from before but as you’re saying, everyone one is different.
Please don't worry - this actually could be good news showing implantation. (I had some bleeding when an embryo implanted).
I'd personally call your clinic up for personalised advice (mine got me in for a scan when I had bleeding), but otherwise I'd just wait and good luck with the pregnancy test.
