I'm taking the vitaflora by well guard. It had the best reviews and highest scores on Amazon.
I took BioGaia in the run up to my lucky transfer and after. Good luck!
hey, I’m taking obtibac daily -recommended on this forum. I’ve been taking them since egg collection earlier this month and will take in the lead up to FET in January and after transfer 🤞
