mental health meds and ivf

hi hoping for some thoughts had to stop ivf after one round as my ocd came back aggressively I didn’t sleep well for months leading to confused episodes so had no choice but to accept ssri’s again.

Also weaning myself off sleep medication but may need a second anti depressant for sleep alongside sertraline at a high dose.

Has anyone had donor egg ivf whilst on a high dose of anti depressant? Gutted doesn’t come close but I don’t want to give up on my dreams..

Hi lovely your Gp or mental health team if you have one should be answering any questions you have about pregnancy and medication you should ask them

May be they could put you on 2 antidepressants but lower dosage then what your on

Please try to not put to much pressure on yourself lovely just focus on getting your illness steady and your sleep sorted and ask the gp about meds and pregnancy
