NAC through Stimulating

Hi everyone, I am told by my Dr. to take NAC since my AMH is very low. I hope to start stimulation in about a week, has any one of you used NAC through stimulation? And if you did, was the quality of your embryos good?

Hi Nakijo, I have used NAC both by itself and in my prenatal and used it all through stims. I did make good blasts but I don't think that's down to any one supplement or practice to be honest. Best of luck with your cycle.

If you don't mind asking, how much mgs of NAC were you taking during stimulating. Dr. Recommends 600mg

Yes it was 600mg of NAC when I was taking it by itself and then when I found the good prenatal there was already 600mg in that so it seems to be the general dose.

I took NAC for egg quality for our 3rd egg collection and I would day it made a big difference. I took 1800mg a day up to the day of trigger xx
