Provera no bleed!

Hi All, I have severe PCOS and developed OHSS after my egg collection end of May. I am due to have a frozen embryo transfer over the next few weeks. I started taking Provera on 26th June for 10 days to induce a bleed and finished my last pill on the 5th of July. I am now day 13 after finishing my last pill and I still have no bleed. The clinic have told me to keep waiting until I get a bleed. Once I start my bleed I will be starting on estrogen tablets for 14days and then progesterone for another few days until transfer.

I am really anxious because my clinic have told me that I should get a bleed within 5-10 days and still nothing. Every time I go to the toilet and pull out a clean tampon my heart sinks a bit and the anxiety is quite high. This journey is just so difficult! Any advice or experiences greatly appreciated!!

Every one is different - it can sometimes take up to 3 weeks for a bleed to start Keep in touch with your clinic if you have any concerns

Thank you so much for the reply Janet! Is there ever a case where a bleed will not come? I am just going to have to try and sit tight and I might try and ring the clinic tomorrow as it will be 14 days then.
