Cycle Day 23

Yesterday on cycle day 23, I had a wee nap in the afternoon (about 30 mins) when I woke up, I went to make lunch, suddenly when I went to make lunch, I had the most awful cramps, felt like my period was coming, back pain and heavy legs, I felt awful, went to the toilet, had a bowel movement and then went and lay down for 5 mins, I would say after 10 mins it was away but at the time, was absolutely awful, any idea what this could be? My periods are normally 28 days but my last one was 32. Any thoughts appreciated x

Hi Cheeky. Could be just down to a bit of infection brewing.make sure you don’t get constipated, and drink plenty of fluids to ensure lots of pale coloured, clear urine. Good luck. Diane
