Hey there! I am 4 days following a day 3 double transfer. Reading into every symptom which is exhausting but seems not expected! I’m trying to be thankful that I made it to transfer stage as last time I hadn’t! I’ve had a few cramps since about day 2 I’ve read that this is normal but nicer to speak to you guys! Dreading if it’s a negative as we don’t have any frozen but also wouldn’t be surprised either! We’ve not had great luck!

Some women have no symptoms or they come and go .Some cramps and spotting are to be expected after the transfer due to the medication +the procedure Try to keep yourself busy - go for walks - read a good book Eat a health diet and drink plenty of fluids Rest when you can Remember to take any meds you were given as directed
