Help in increasing egg quantity (low AMH)

My AMH is 3, but I am just only getting two eggs per round. Just had two collections, only one egg each round fertilised but then failed to get to blastocyst stage.

I need to increase my egg numbers to increase probability.

I am on 450 Menapur.

Any experiences would be welcome!

Ask your clinic if they can suggest any supplements Make sure diet includes fruit green leafy veg esp broccoli - almonds [rich in Vit C]- garlic and eggs Whole grain like brown rice and wholemeal bread Not too much processed food - fish rich in Omega-3 [ oily fish ]Vit D also important

Hi, I had very low AMH at the age of 34 (1.6 pmol in first test and around 6 pmol in a second test). A few months before egg collections the doctor gave me quite a few supplements: dhea, co-enzyme co q 10, vitamin d, folic acid, omega 3. During the cycle I had meriofert 225 + Fostimon 225 daily and then zomacton (growth hormone) every other day. I was also put on cetrotide from a specific point ( to prevent ovulation I think) and was finally triggered with gonasi 10000. The protocol worked well with us despite the stats predicting really low outcomes: 12 eggs collected , 9 mature, 8 fertilised first time, and 8 eggs collected, 8 mature, 4 fertilised second time. 10 blastocysts from the 2 cycles.
