We are looking into getting embryos tested, as have just had 2nd BFN
I was just wondering a couple of things, does this delay the process further and I take it they have to be frozen if we also wanted to do this? My husband has low sperm count / mobility / amount - is it better to get fragmentation tested!? Really confused.
Thanks In advance x

I would suggest both dna frag test ( ny husband has dna frag despite normal sperm test). dna frag test is done before transfer and if positive they can use selective testa for sperm ( eg FISH comet test- the best are chosen for ICSI.Pgt testing takes around 2-3 weeks so a cycle will be skipped between the retrieval and transfer.
The cells are taken by biopsy on day 5/6 and they are immediately frozen after for FET.
