omg Omg omg! I’m 7DP5DT and Have been feeling nauseous from yesterday so needed to do the digital test! I’ve got some ginger biscuits, have you heard of anything else that helps ?

Pyridoxine is a vitamin that can help with nausea.

Taking small frequent meals and avoid greasy, spicy and fatty food.

Hi Fairytale. Well done you. Try and stick to the ginger. Morning sickness can be a nightmare to cope with, but it shouldn't last for too long. Hope all continues to progress as it should. Diane

Wow congrats!! Amazing news. Can I ask did you have any other symptoms!? I’m in my 2WW but no sore breasts or cramps… i just want sore breasts !! Lol

thank you. Still super early but hopefully everything will continue okay. 🤞🏼 Hmm I’ve had a few cramps but then yesterday day 6 the nausea started. But I’ve seen lots of ladies on here who have no symptoms and get a positive. I have everything crossed for you x

Congrats! 🥳Ginger chews worked for me I've heard peppermint but that made me feel worse.

congratulations fairyta22 so happy for you. I normally use peppermint out for nausea just a few drops on your hand(thumb area outside) then rub it & smell from there works wonders for me and chewing fresh ginger helps as well.

I’m 5dp5dt not took a test yet determined not too lol, get a blood test done on 23rd, getting cramps on and off very much like period pains but not as strong we will see xx
