Hello currently i am 7 weeks 4 days pregnant yesterday i had brownish discharge i rushed the doctor she did my ultrasound and said there is no heart beat but she give me a hope and she injection me and give me a medicine and said after 1 week she do again my scan then cnfrm about pregnancy.
I haven't had any bleeding since.
Should I hope?
