Absolutely dreading the next 2 days!! I work as a support worker and I support people out in the community on busses ect so I’m really worried about the heat! I have my blood pregnancy test on Wednesday too so even more anxiety on top! Just going to try and drink lots and hopefully stay in the shade as much as possible 🥵 x

Yes it is a bit scary isn't it - doesn't help being on Progesterone - feel so bloated....good luck next week x

It’s been a scorcha hasn’t it. Mostly reading in the shade with the odd blast of sun for the vit D Next two days might be a bit tougher 🫣
