Whether you are pregnant or on medication etc!

Beautiful weather, but a challenge if you are a bit fragile.

I am trying to stay hydrated!!!

Literally got zero sleep last night, mostly heat but not helped by babies having a bit of a dance off for about an hour at about 3AM!!! 😆 Trying to rest now but they're still body popping in there (I love it really). Hope you're doing OK xx

Thanks lovely! You too!! V tough at the moment, I know it’s bad to say but anything over 24 degrees kills me in the UK. Hard to sleep, be comfy and makes headaches and nausea worse. Lots of water!! Fans on and in the shade. A little bit of sun is good but too much drains folic acid from the body and can harm bubbas in the belly especially in the first trimester xxx

I am really struggling,usually can't get enough of the sun but not sure if my meds are just making me sweat(glow!!) like crazy.. we fly out Tues for ED so hoping its cooler in Czech xx

Love reading such posts. I hope you are fine as well. The weather keeps on getting hot. I love summers but it's getting a bit too much. The medication is making things worst. I don't even feel like eating them anymore. I hope everyone is safe. Stay hydrated in this heat. Lots of warm wishes.
